Skein caking is a free complimentary service with any yarn purchase!  If you want your skeins ready to go the second you open your package, or just don't want to deal with the hassle of winding, we're here for you!  Just add Skein Caking Service to your cart or ask for it in the order notes during checkout! 

If you only want part of your order caked, please specify which skeins you would like caked in your order notes!  

A swift and standard ball winder are used to form the center-pull cakes. Your ball-band will be rolled up in the center of the cake with the center pull coming out of it.
