You can absolutely use gift cards on custom orders as well as in-stock items.  When an inquiry for a custom order is made, an invoice is issued.  At this point the gift card can be used at checkout. 

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
